Our typical rate for general plumbing is $145/hr + GST.
For scheduled maintenance works inside regular business hours, our minimum charge is $199 + GST. This covers the first hours labour, travel between sites, and our admin time for scheduling and invoicing.
Whilst we keep our pricing competitive, we strive to provide unmatched service.
Pricing can vary depending factors such as the type of work, it's location, the materials, and the complexity.
We'll always aim to be honest and upfront with true cost pricing that will be easily understood and agreed upon.
Any emergency callouts outside of our regular business hours will incur a minimum 4 hour charge, which includes the first hours labour.
All hours thereafter will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
For simple jobs, simply take a few clear photos and provide them with a description of what you're after, and submit them here. For more intricate jobs, an in-person viewing and discussion will typically be required to ensure accuracy for both parties involved.
An online tax invoice will be sent via email at the completion of works with 14 day payment terms. You may opt to pay by online card payment, direct bank transfer, or cash.
We service all suburbs of Karratha and the neighbouring towns. Further travel within the greater Pilbara region can be arranged on a job-to-job basis.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to offer the work in which we advertise. Our public liability insurance covers us for up $20 million per incident.
RoFlow Pty Ltd was established in 2024. Owned and operated by Rohan, who has been plumbing full-time since 2011, and has proudly called Karratha home since 2022.
Yes, we can carry out plumbing and gasfitting on mobile vehicles such as caravans, motorhomes, and boats. If you're traveling through Karratha, please advise us ahead of time prior to your arrival so we can best schedule you in. We are consistently booked out in advance so the more notice you can provide, the better chance we can assist you.

Our Story and Philosophy
Whilst we are in business to offer a plumbing service to the Pilbara in which we are proud of; we embody what it means to be Pilbara locals.
Rohan, the director of RoFlow, started his plumbing journey in the Great Southern of WA in 2011, and has remained a plumber ever since. For no two days are ever the same, and with each new challenge, comes a new opportunity to learn.
With plumbing experience in food processing plants, commercial and residential maintenance, new housing, camp construction, and oil and gas. Rohan brings with him a diverse skill set to take on the best and worst of what plumbing has to offer.
RoFlow was established in Karratha in late 2024 and it has been nothing but smiles ever since. We can proudly say that we serve a great community and will continue to do so for many more years to come.
Like many others in the region, we'll often be seen swapping our work shirts for fishing shirts, and heading down to the local boat ramp at every opportunity. We truly love Karratha and are excited for what the future holds here. It's a great place to live, work, and play.
